Yes. If student have not made an appointment within one week of payment and do not wish to continue, they can request for a refund. Refund will be processed within 2 weeks of the request date.
You need not worry. If you do not finish all the lessons in a plan, you can buy a new plan and unfinished lessons will be added in the new plan.
